YTS – Chitwan is a non-profit oriented, non-governmental youth led organization that aims to empower young people with the motto of “Youth for Youth”. We are committed to youth leadership development and capacity building. YTS – Chitwan has been serving as a platform for cooperation and joint action of youths in shaping our region and nation as a whole.
Engaging youths in practical and vocational productive works has always been the primary objective of YTS – Chitwan. YTS – Chitwan also collaborates with various other youth organizations to exchange thoughts, ideas, knowledge and goodwill.
Implanting the idea of working and developing the community through various programmes has always been an important area of work for YTS – Chitwan. It provides young people with incentives, added courage and fuel for identifying new problems and work to find their solutions.
Mission of Youth Thinkers’ Society Chitwan
As a non-profit, non-governmental youth-led organization based in Chitwan, our mission has been to work actively for the holistic development of youth in and around Chitwan. YTS-Chitwan aims to empower the youth through education and vocational training by providing them with incentives, added courage, and fuel for identifying new problems and working to find their solutions. We focus on leadership development and capacity-building of youths through active engagement and participation. We also aim to provide opportunities for the youth that would help them achieve a greater understanding of national and global issues, through an interactive and extemporized educational experience. Likewise, we vouch for developing communication and networking skills among young people motivating them to join platforms to address issues of common concern.
Vission of Youth Thinkers’ Society Chitwan
Youth Thinkers’ Society Chitwan has been contemplating the idea that youths have unlimited potential to use their minds, talent, and voice for the greater good while working and developing the community through various programs for more than four years now. In the coming days, YTSC envisions establishing networks for youths to exchange their ideas, knowledge, experience, and goodwill and become responsible citizens. We ideate to empower young minds by facilitating through intellectual and proactive mediums and channelizing their acquired skills to support the local community. We shall collaborate with different youth organizations to interchange ideas, goals, knowledge, and synergy. In the long run, YTSC looks forward to serving as a platform for the joint action and cooperation of youths aimed to shape our region and nation as a whole.
